Sourdough bagels made in Classic New York style are dense and chewy with a tang. These are made solely with sourdough starter and contains no commercial yeast. 

Comes in 2 variation : classic and sesame

Ingredients : Bread flour, Water, Raw sugar, Salt, cold pressed oil,  Sourdough starter & Honey
